Re:       Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Dear Customers,

I am reaching out to you to communicate our response efforts to the events surrounding the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.  At Meduri Farms, our employee’s safety, the safety of their families and our customers business continuity remain our top priorities.  Our Covid-19 Risk Mitigation Team meets daily to review current developments globally and regionally to move strategically as the pandemic unfolds.  As a global ingredient supplier, we realize the importance of our role in maintaining the continuity of the food supply chain as the nation works through the pandemic.

We are following guidance outlined by WHO, CDC and local health agencies increasing our employee education efforts for personal hygiene and safety. More frequent facility sanitation, travel and visitor restrictions, both globally and domestically, have been implemented for the safety and wellbeing of our employees and business partners.  If this impacts any planned site visits please reach out to your company point of contact and they can arrange a virtual meeting, helping you to avoid travel during these times.  The Mitigation Team is evaluating supply chain risks both to our raw materials and current events which may disrupt deliveries to our customers.  There are contingency plans in place in the event we see a disruption of services.

We have sufficient supply of raw materials as well as backup suppliers to ensure continued business operations and are well positioned with safety stock of finished dried infused fruit to meet orders.  We have not experienced any disruption to our business operations at this time.   Any impact we observe with order fulfillment will be communicated through our Customer Service team.
